Micro Engineering Ladder Track System Pdf

I wonder if anyone has actually supplied these or knows of the product? I was looking at photos of the product on MB Klein and the package says to check out the Micro Engineering webwebsite for more details yet that website does not seem to have any exclusive information on this. I think the ladder device has actually up to five various turnouts which go together in sequence. The SKU identifies this by each having a suffix of "a,b,c,d and e". Looking at the photo attached, it appears this difference is the expansion attached for the coming before turnout in the ladder. The device seems to crowd the turnouts closer together.Rick

the ME site doesn"t really have anypoint, but others carry out. PWRS has an in its entirety description:https://www.pwrs.ca/announcements/view.php?ID=12184But better than that, Crusader Rail has actually some excellent PDFs from ME with descriptions. I just wish they had actually made these with code 70 rail, as they"re for yard usage. http://www.crusaderrail.com/pubs/mec_inst_14-712.pdf
I have check out positive comments about the ME ladder device. I do not view any reason not to use it as lengthy as your devices is ok through #5 turnouts. Long devices such as 89" flat cars and auto racks may operate better on a #6 ladder.Cheers, Jim Fitch
I have actually set up these at the club I am a member of and also they are in usage now. They really look excellent and performance is great. They are an area saver and these turnouts are closer to range than other famous brands of turnouts. All major manufacturers rolling stock and also locomotives roll nicely via them.SantaFeRuss Posted from Android

Long cars do run fine through the turnouts. Of course one hregarding negotiate the trackage at yard limit speeds. Even AutoMax form auto racks roll through successfully.SantaFeRuss Posted from Android

I"ve watched some cautionary statements about long cars by some concerning #5 turnouts in yards. Personally I"m going to stick via #6 yard ladders - yet the ME ladder device does look tempting - particularly in a minimal space setting.Cheers, Jim
I had a look at these at the recent Narrowhead Gauge Convention.Looks to be a well thought out system to save area.Regards,DK.

I"m also looking carefully at these, as I arrangement a little yard later on. My questions is, what is the yard track spacing? And then, if you say put in a RH "B", then the ladder is LH, is the C as the second switch, going to produce the very same spacing as D"s after it, followed by one last E. Kind of hoping for some actual paper cut out blue prints I can put in location before the purchase.Mike ONeillParker, COColorado Photos
